THE PEOPLE OF HAITI HAVE JUST EXPERIENCED A GRAVE DEVASTATION CAUSED BY A POWERFUL EARTHQUAKE!
As you are planning to help Haiti, Please read the following article as we introduce you to The Globe We Share Foundation (TGWF) – a California based non-profit organization.
In a time of a disaster, like now in Haiti, all the emotional out-pouring of sympathy, are at the highest level which shows how connected the human race is. As we are rushing to send medicine, clothes, water, and other supplies, we habitually forget another important component of relief- healing the man. We know what happens after-the-fact.
In the months after a disaster, all the emotional outpouring of sympathy begins to subside, the relief materials poured-in out of emotions, donations will soon begin to dry up and the relief workers are beginning to pack-up and ready to go back to their countries or states of origin.
The emotional scare is left behind and still open, the psychological aspects of the man or woman have not been attended to, and the people in the disaster areas are not able to make peace with their current situation. They often have many questions and they need people to help answer those questions as they often wonder about life. Life cannot continue as it is now. Yes, life cannot continue like this. To help the victims of a disaster, The Globe We Share Foundation is now assembling a team of Life Coaches who will arrive in Haiti in April 2010 to start with the following:
Healing the psychological aspects of the victims of a disaster; reviving the spiritual aspect of man in a non religious atmosphere; and to complement the physical need of the victims which include: food, water, shelter, clothing; and Medical. The Globe We Share will do the following:
o Send a team of Life Coaching professionals to the communities in the disaster areas to help:
§ The victims heal their emotional wounds
§ The victims make peace with the current situation..
§ The develop a philosophy of a “new beginning”.
§ Introduce Self-help development – theory & practice
§ The victims develop the philosophy of solidarity within the self, within the community, and with the human race.
§ Them discover and understand the philosophy of the “Common Good”/”Solidarity.”
§ To Develop a road-map to a new destiny and then find “meaning” in Life today.

Tgwf is asking for funding to help send Life Coaches to Haiti.
Your contribution to This Fund is an investment of the greatest order. The venture that creates positive impact will continue to impact people and the communities for many years after the disaster in a very positive way.

TGWF MISSION:
The Globe We Share Foundation is a non-profit charitable, educational, and social empowerment organization designed to provide assistance through service to grassroots community based organizations working to improve the quality of life in their communities.

OUR OBJECTIVE:
Our objective is to bring together national and international charities, other funding sources, philanthropists and others to participate in setting up a special fund for life coaching.
The purpose is to visit communities to work with the people face-to-face as community members and individuals for up-lifting the spirit and empowerment.
